The very fact that man has the Bible, God’s Word, is sufficient proof that God is interested in man. He had a plan for man from the very foundation of the world. Jesus said when He comes into his glory and separates the sheep from the goats, He will say to the sheep, Matthew 25:34 “Come, O blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world”. Peter said in 1 Peter 1:18-20 You know that you were redeemed from the futile ways inherited from your fathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. He was foreordained before the foundation of the world but was made manifest at the end of the times for your sake”. And in Revelation 13:8 “And all who dwell on earth will worship the beast, every one whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb that was slain”. God planned for man to be redeemed by the blood of His Son before the world was made. Paul said that he was preaching the unsearchable riches of Christ which God had planned from the beginning in Ephesians 3:9-11 “And to make all men see what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things; that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places. This was according to the eternal purpose which was realized in Christ Jesus our Lord”. In 1 Corinthians 2:7, Paul said that “We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory”. God planned for man to be redeemed in Christ before the world began. Ephesians 1:4-5 “He chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. He destined us in love to be his sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will”. Paul said in Galatians 3:26-27 “For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” We should obey Him and be blessed.
